New Pricing Structures in Effect as of November 19, 2018

Fulgent has been working to improve our pricing structure to increase the flexibility and reduce the complexity of ordering tests.
Below is a summary of significant changes to be aware of, effective November 19, 2018.

  • Single gene tests, custom/standard NGS panels, and exome tests are now one flat fee, regardless of test options selected (i.e., sequencing and/or deletion/duplication analysis).

Duo & Trio Pricing

  • Panel, exome, and reflex test prices are now one flat fee for singleton, duo, or trio testing. Samples MUST arrive together to be considered duo or trio. If samples do not arrive together, familial known mutation testing is an option (see below). *

Known Mutation Testing

  • Familial known mutation testing is now a standard offering as part of single gene testing, custom/standard NGS panels, and exome and reflex tests. This includes complementary familial known mutation testing for any variant reported by Fulgent in the proband’s final report, for up to two first-degree relatives (i.e., parent, sibling, or child). *
  • Known mutation testing is now a flat fee regardless of number of variant requests.

* Duo/trio testing and familial known mutation testing are offered on an either/or basis: Complementary familial known mutation testing is not available if duo/trio testing has been performed.
